Job Description

The Addison Central School District is seeking an engaging and student-centered candidate to join our team in the role of full time High School Health Teacher.  The Addison Central School District offers competitive salaries starting at a minimum of $53,375, comprehensive benefits, professional development, and ongoing new staff support.  This position is for the start of the 2025-2026 school year.  The successful candidate must:

• Demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships in the school community
• Demonstrate being a team player while working with grade level teams to support students

Job Qualifications

In addition to the above qualities the successful candidate will need the following:

• NYSED Health Certification (required); Additional NYSED Physical Education Certification (preferred)
• The ability to lead students in developing a comprehensive understanding of health and wellness strategies that promote a positive and healthy lifestyle
